The sites are all going to have the same content (thus templates), but each should have a different look and feel. All must have professional graphics. The templates need to be fast loading. Rach template is only 6 pages each, written in HTML is fine. The attachment is just something I threw together really quick to get something to show you roughly what I want. I just want something like what I have attached, but more professional looking. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
