Description:
I have our client database with URL&'s, Email addresses etc.
I want to offer our clients a free search engine submission service.
What I need is a script that uses information from the client&'s database (URL) to searches the clients URL and enters the URL&'s Title, Keywords and Description tags to the database and moves to the next.
Deliverables:
Script Must be - ASP-VB and Access DB
1) Complete and fully-functional working script(s) as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Scripts ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
"Windows NT", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape", "Linux"
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
May 16, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

As discussed, here is my bid for this job
Some of the highlights of our solution will be:
- It would support multiple threads so your searches will be faster
- It will continue broken searches i.e. if your search is interrupted
due to any reason (system crash, power failure etc) it will continue
from the site it stopped last.
- It will work without any human intervention hence you have to start
and leave it and come back after couple of hours to see the progress.
