The web page need to be able to read the contents of files and folders in a specific location and display the folder and contents in a "Windows Explorer" fashion. The folders should open to show files and the files should hyperlink to the actual documents. Documents are in acrobat, .xls, and .doc. The web page should contain frames so that the file\folder structure should appear on the left and documents should open in the right side frame. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
