Description:
This is simple if you know what you're doing. Instantly generate a contract based upon a template I provide. Some fields are filled it once for initial setup. Other fields are filled in for each contract. Must be able to save and edit each contract. Contract will automatically be saved by date specified in the contract unless otherwise changed by user. Finished contract should be printable. You should also be able to export as CVS format. Additionally, I'd like a built in reminder system for deposit due dates. This software should be easy to use.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Hi,
I have done quite a lot of work on template driven projects, Website replicators, HTML page generators, reports etc.
I can write a program to generate your contracts using either internal or external templates.
Templates could be in RTF, Plain text, or HTML and contain images/forms/graphics etc as you require.
Contract generation could use an near unlimited number of replacement fields for you to use the program with various external templates for other projects if required.
The program would be a single executable written in Delphi.
