I've read your requirements carefully. Adding new pictures and links will take only 1-2 hours. And nearly 2-4 hours in creating the form. Adding a loading will take only 15-30 minutes. Adding text is just like copping and pasting the text from one word document to another. I've checked the site and I felt two weak points in it. 1- You are using Flash for the site but you have no animation/loop in the site. 2- When we click on the Buttons the scrollpane dosen't refresh. I will also work on these points. You have not specified that you will provide us the popup windows or we have to create them ourselves. This bid amount is excluding the popup windows. You've to provide me specifications of the popup windows and then i'll be able to quote their prices.
