Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I have also listed down features for administrators. It is nearly impossible to have this big a system up within your deadline, i.e. 31st May, 2003. Anyone promising to deliver a fully tested system in this much time frame might not be able to keep up to his/her promise. We have a team of experienced developers and I will be putting multiple developers to work on this project but still will not be able to deliver the complete system with in this time frame. We believe in quality systems and I just don&'t want to rush up development now and later on customers getting exceptions at all the places. I hope you also don&'t want the same.
