World's Simplest HTML Question

Description:
Boy, is this easy. I want the hyperlink on my webpage which now reads just my email address and when someone clicks on it it takes them into their mail client with my email address in the "To" field... I want to "populate" the Subject and Text fields. So when they click the link, my email address will be in the "To" field, "Request for Information" will be in the Subject field, and "Please send me information about the services you provide." will automatically be in the Text field. Currently, the html line reads:
<a href="mailto:XXXXXXXXX">XXXXXXXXX</a>
Note: I put XXX's where the email address goes because this site doesn't permit me to put in the actual email address. But you get the picture.
This is simple, isn't it?
Deliverables: You can just write me the new HTML line and I'll insert it into the web page in place of the current line. If I run into any problems I may need you to advise me where to put the line of code you write.
Special Conditions / Other:
ASAP.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
