Description:
I have a membership driven site that I would like to switch over to Paypal from another merchant provider. I have 4 membership types (2 of them recurring) and a gift area where members can gift a membership (non-recurring).
The paypal Sign up form should not be visible to users. If its possible, I don't want members to see anything except my sign up page with the values being passed over to paypal.
This should be done in ASP. I will be migrating to ASP.net soon so will need someone with experience in asp.net to convert me over later (seperate bid). My backend is with a SQL DB.
Deliverables should include:
1) IPN updates my member section
2) email is sent to member and to me
3) settlement report emailed to me.
4) recurring recipes for 2 membership types should be set up
5) If possible, I would like members be able to automatically cancel the recurring feature on their account (if paypal handles that)
6) If payment fails, then an email would be sent to the member requesting payment
7) I have a gift membership area that when one person pays for another member, that person is charge a 1-time non recurring membership (almost the same as the signup)
Bonus (I'll pay a bonus to be agreed on if you):
1) Integrate Account Management of Paypal into the site if paypal is capable of it
2) Need a way to accept Canadian dollars ONLY for Canadian members, UK pounds ONLY for UK members, AUS $ only for Australian members.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I have worked on a number of payment gateway projects and I can do this for you.
Regarding your question about integrating account management and multiple currency support, I have worked on providing Multiple Currency Support, so I can do it for you. For Integrating Account Management with PayPal IPN, I need to do some research. I will try and find out if PayPal provides the feature and how we can include this.
