I have a commercial OCX that will load images into a picture box (or image box) in VB. So for your example you can just have something like 30 picture boxes with different images in each, then encode them in sequence into a QuickTime movie. I can re-work the sample to wait for a new picture to be loaded into my single picture box before encoding it into the MOV file. Please only bid if you're sure you can do the work.
