Description:
I need somebody to create a simple directory of organisations to be included in a web project. This would be created in MySQL and PHP on a Windows XP PC. The directory would allow users to login in with a username and password and view the details of the organisations in the database and if they want to, include the ones they like in a personal address book. The user will have to register first. Further details of what must be included in registration page will be given another time. A working example of how the directory will look and function is at http://www.britishdeafassociation.org.uk/database/ This is how i would like the directory to act, including the Address book feature. I have already installed IIS, and the latest versions of MySQL and PHP. I will use Dreamweaver MX to implement the code into the web application.
Deliverables:
What I need is the actual code for the MySQL database, the code for the PHP functionality and detailed instructions on how I would put it all together. The code must also have clear comments for me to understand.
The code will not be distributed in any way or form. The web application is for a college project and so is for educational purposes only and not for any commercial gain.
Platform:
It will be running on a windows xp pc, with latest versions of internet explorer, IIS, MySQL, PHP and Dreamwevaer MX.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
