Description:
I need some functions that can read all fields on a HTML form and also pre-fill the form fields with values. It should work for all controls, like textboxes, input, lists, comboboxes, checkboxes, option boxes etc, etc ...
You should create the needed functions in a module and also a sample demo program that show how it works and how to use the functions. Plain functions, no oop.
It should be easy to save the fields/values into a ListView or TList6 (if you have it) for later editing and/or savings into a db or text file. It should also show how to read fields from a form online, and later, offline add values to fields, that will be pre-filled when the form is loaded next time, and also when a "pre-fill" button is clicked.
If the form have a submit button, if possible, I want an on/off option to have it automatically submitted after form is filled.
One form you can test to pre-fill is here: http://www.hotlib.com/unsignedpadfile.php This is a LIVE form, so don't submit test postings here!!
Let me know if this can be done direct in IE/NS etc... or if you need to use the Webbrowser control.
You must comment the source VERY well, and the routines must be very clear and easy to use.
In your bid you must explain your ideas how you will do this and when u can have it done.
IMPORTANT: I need this done very fast!
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Should work with all HTML forms and all HTML Form components and VB6 and Windows98/Me/NT/2000/XP .
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
May 18, 2003 EDT

Hi,
I can easilly get a list of all objects within forms on a page and manipulate their values, using WebBrowser control or an opened of Internet Explorer. Also, I can put that in a set of functions for you to work with.
What do you mean by pre-fill, how is the program to pre-fill values in a form? Enter some random values, try guessing based on form element names which one is for address, last name etc? I can do the guessing part but it can never be 100% accurate.
Please contact me and tell me what exactly you had in mind.
