The software logic will be mostly contained in SQL Server 2000 Stored procedures and the browser-based interface will be written for an Internet Explorer 6.0 intranet. The attached VISIO document (you will need at least the HTML Visio viewer to view it) represents a thorough system speicifcation. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Provide HTML front-end to functions contained within SQL Stored procedures that will allow users to... -Maintain access restrictions -manually update fields -run wizards comprising common tasks (e.g. software library loan maintenance or new software registration) -search for software records using wildcards and keywords. 5) Provide functionality that will regularly alert users to any software licensing issues. 6) Create a logical database structure that will serve as a central repository for all data pertaining to software owned by the business.
