Description:
I need a simple link directory (like http://www.mrcgiguy.com) with the following features: - Categorized multi-tiered directory structure similar to Yahoo! and DMOZ. Several categories. - No MySQL. This is for a small link directory - I must be able to put a different banner on each category. I don´t want a banner system. I just want to be able to manually put a different html code on each category. For Car´s category, I would put: <script src="http://www.domain.net/cgi-bin/pubmaster/run.cgi?id=cars&java;=1"></script> For Food´s: <script src="http://www.domain.net/cgi-bin/pubmaster/run.cgi?id=food&java;=1"></script> Now this is the most important part. If a person wants to add their site to my link directory, the exact page that they are adding must have a reciprocate link to me. If Joe User wants to add his www.joe.com/page2.html , page2.html must have a link to my site. If he has a reciprocate link on that exact page, the site is added to the flat text database. If he doesn´t have the reciprocate link on that exact page, when he tries to submit the site he will receive a warning page saying that he must add the reciprocate link and try again after that. Please bid for the non resell rights script price, but on your description put a price for the script with resell rights. Start the bidding!

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Give me the price with and without resell rights.

Platform:
Platform Linux.
You should do this in PHP or Perl.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
May 31, 2003 EDT

I have a clear understanding of what you are trying to accomplish and I can deliver this in a week with no problems.

My bid to complete the project is $80, this includes all requested functionality and ownership of the code.

I choose to code in php because I would like to use ffdb library which is very fast flat files database.
Also sometime ago I have developed a small framework for displaying and updating hierarical data and I can reuse it in your project.

Your specs are clear so I don't have any specific questions and I can't start immediately if you accept my bid.

If you have a moment, please review my online resume and client comments regarding my performance on their projects.

Thank you for taking the time to review my bid, I look forward to hear from you.

ffdb is freely available library with GNU licence if I'm not wrong.
I usualy put it into the same directory where main php script sits and it works.

Thanks

GNU licence allows everybody to use, modify and distribute it under the term of the licence.

So no problem, please go on accepting my bid :)
