I just want to get it to run correctly. 1. Use the menu editor to design user interface the following program. 2. In the project a text file will be read with the following format: PT 1000.00 1000.00 1 120.575 1457.73 2 20.3322 2136.00 3 81.5212 1767.76 The first line is of the base stations (Point name, Northing, Easting), the second is blank line and then a list of observations to points (Point number, Azimuth in DMS, distance) 3. The program should compute the coordinates of all these points and display them on a picture box. (Display the points as red circles and their numbers) 4. The user can save the results into a text file. 5. Help option should also be displayed in the pull down menu. 6. Use string manipulation commands to read the values from the text file. 7. Now, the header of the text file includes two points one is the base point and one reference point and the observations are not the azimuths but the angles between the reference point and the observed point. The procedure should be: a.) Using the reference point, calculate the azimuth between the points, and add this azimuth to every measured angle. b.) Calculate the coordinates of the new point using latitude and departure method. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
