Description:
I need a file that will automatically open a HTML file when the Cd is inserted. I will need the ability to change the name of the html file.
That is all
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hi,
The bid is $4 because that's the min that Rent-A-Coder allows. They get $3 and I get $1. All you need to do is include a text file on the CD with the correct file name and the correct content within it. I'd just tell you but then Rent-A-Coder would see that as a violation.
Using this method, you will be able to open an html file that is contained on the same CD that this file is. If you make a different CD with a different html file, then you just need to change the info in this file and burn that file with the correct info onto the CD that has the html file on.
I hope that was clear as it's kinda rambling. PS. This will only work for a CD on a windows system but that's what the bid platform states...
