We need a fresh professional jazzy cartoonish look.

Please look at both ..
We need a look like those ,,, cartoonish and professional.
We also need PHP scripting ... the site is 90 % done PHP wise ,,, but there is fine tuning and some extra smaller PHP scripting that needs to be completed.
What we require >>
- 3 web pages and designs ( The 2 sub web pages can look and work similar to the main index )
- 2 banners
- 1 logo
That's all we ask ... so if you can supply work similar or better to what i showed above...
