Description:
Hi I need to have a function that will return the integer value of: 11111111111111111111111111110110 and the float constant represented by: 01000001001000000000000000000000

Hi,
Here's the code, i hope its what you wanted. The notes are there to help understand how it works. It can give the solution to your problem, plus also let you work out other problems, and even 'prove' that its correct (hint, print out the binary pattern of the solution, if the pattern matches your 'input' pattern, its right!)
