Hi I need to have a function that will return the integer value of:

and the float constant represented by:

Hi,
Here's the code, i hope its what you wanted. The notes are there to help understand how it works. It can give the solution to your problem, plus also let you work out other problems, and even 'prove' that its correct (hint, print out the binary pattern of the solution, if the pattern matches your 'input' pattern, its right!)
