Description:
The project is an online pizza ordering and delivery system that entails a website and a database being made. It should not be complicated and must be kept as simple as possible. The first part of this project will be sent and it describes the whole project in detail. It will also require a write up of about 2500 that describes the project.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows XP, viewing in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer,MS Access 2002(or most recent version)
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello,
Well, I'm very much interested for this project. Though I'm new to this site but have 7 years of experience in development. The site will include all the available items, nicely categorised (like pizza, burger or indian, continental, chinese), search, price list, shopping cart, order que display to see who's next. The customer will have free membership and he may log in to order for anything. Moreover, he'll be sent special offers (like on occassions) and when the order is ready then too he'll be informed and a feedback will also be collected. There'll be admin section with which you can delete/modify/add anything on your site (like add/delete/modify users), etc. I assure you I'll provide the best solution for every penny you gonna spend on me. Moreover, the program will be very simple to use. I hope you reply back asap.

I'll give you full support and service to you of every kind for free (No extra or hidden cost). If you don't mind, I want bid to be little bit increased.
