Auto start screen of installation CD. 2) Develop Launch Pad program to launch 3 programs and 1 help file. All graphics will be provided to the coder. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Two Identical Source Installation CDs that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request and be easy to replicate. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Minimal technical documentation of project including professional grade comments within code, and an informal Software Program Plan.
