Description:
Write a Visual Basic program using DAO with 2 features. 1. An instructor can use to make a new database with one 6 column table that holds 10 multiple choice questions and 5 answers, also the letter for the correct response. 2. A user can take the quiz. The user selects the option and then clicks on a next button to go on. After the last question, the program shows a summary of the number correct and the letter grade.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
Windows XP, Office XP, and Visual Basic 6.0.

Apr 17, 2003 EDT
