Description:
I am looking for someone who can help build me a website. I don't need a huge website. Just one that i can open with a picture of my store in the background (I will furnish of course) and with a section that will require a password to view certain items that i can store on the site for others to download or view. For example, I own a Sonic Drive In (Fast Food Restaurant) and i want to be able to place a copy of my work schedule online for the employees to download and view online. To include any other items or statements that I need to place there. But i want this section password protected so that only certain people can view it. I will also need a way to change the password at any time needed. I only need the website designed and if possible a place that is cheap that will host it (if you know of one) After that i will need to be able to take it over and make changes to it as needed. (i.e. change the store pitcure to a new one) I really don't know that much about websites therefore you will probably be able to suggest something totally different or better.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We can build a small website that will allow you to upload or type in your schedules. You can also specify the formatting for your schedule.
You will be able to administer any content on the page through an 'online content management system' (which basically works like MS Word, or generic text programs).
As far as hosting, we can set you up for $9.95/mo with a $15.00 set up fee. (This payment goes straight to our hosting partner, not to us.) Or we could research some free hosting solutions for you. The only problem with this is the advertisements that hosting companies add to their free hosting.
