Description:
I need a simple email discussion group script, similar to the Yahoo Groups / Topica free services (I don´t use their services, because I don´t want ads).
Members would signup for the group and could automatically send emails to all group members.
It would be great if such a script had a protection so that only registered
members could send mails to the list, to avoid spammers.
This is for a non profit use, so please bid a low price.
If you want to earn something more, you can sell me the resell rights.
Please bid the script only price, and on note say if you want to sell me the resell rights, and for how much.
Conclusion, this script should work like majordomo, mailman or sympa, but I need something easy to install, and be 100% web based.
The script must be bug free, or you must give me full support if any bugs are found.
I have plenty of other projects, so you´ll earn an usual client if you successfully deliver what I ask :)
If you don´t sell me the resell rights, the script will have a non profit use, so I need it cheap!
I want to give free discussion groups to all my University courses. A discussion group for Computer Science, Mathmatics, Physics, Biology, etc.
I would prefer to install just one script, and create multiple discussion groups from there.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Greetings,
my name is Bruno Martins, I have seen your request and I am interested in bidding on it.
I am an experienced perl programmer, I can handle this job in 2 weeks.
I have some questions about this project:
1- You can have this job done in 2 ways, you can have an email address to where the users will send the messages or you can have a web page with registration where the users can post their messages, wich one are you looking for?
2- Do you want to have the messages kept in your computer for later reading of all or do you only want to send them to the users?
There are still some other things to talk about, but it can be done after you choose your coder.
I can do this job this way,
There will be just one script to handle the emails, for adding a discussion group you wil only need to create one file with the name of the group, this file will keep the emails of the users.
I propose you to have another script that will be accessible through a browser that will allow users to register in a group.
If there are something else you want to have in your project, or anything that you want in a different way, don't hesitate to contac me through RAC.
My bid is without ressel rights, but I will do it with ressel rights for 135$, I prefer to do it with ressel rights, if it's ok with you, I'll post a new bid with that price.
