Description:
Create a user-defined interrupt to provide a "serpinsky triangle screen saver" functionality.


Write an interrupt handler that will display a serpinsky
triangle after n seconds of inactivity.

The amount of time, in seconds, should be read from the
command line. The program should check for errors on the
argument. If the argument is incorrect, the program should
print an appropriate error message and terminate.

After the period inactivity (240 seconds in the above
example), the screen should start displaying the serpinsky
triangles on the screen.

Upon approval of a coder the rest of the description will be provided.

Deliverables:
1)I am enclosing a MASM Project which comes witha provided main source code. Only several procedures will have to be added
2)All I need is a working code that follows the above instructions and complies with them
3)If you need a self-extracting masm debugger email me.
4)This project has to be done by Tuesday April-15, 2003 afternoon
