The program should display the choices as a menu. The items could be onion rings, hamburger, cheeseburgers, fires, soft drinks, coffee, tea, things like that. You must use Variable Arrays to store Prices and Customer orders. The Prices should be stored in variables. The customer order should also be stored in variables. When the order is complete, output the order and the total cost including both PST and GST taxes to a list box. Use variables to store the calues for the items for sale. Allow the user to enter the amount of money the are giving you, and have the program display the change due to the customer (warn the customer if they do not give you enough money for the order). Display all dollar amounts as currency. Use the standard format for the program. After each order, output into the same list box the total sales for the day so far so that it changes with each order. Must be fully commented. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
