Apparently the code uses asynchronous winsock API calls to get this info. I would like to use an "mswinsck.ocx" control or a control array to get this information instead, if possible, eliminating the socket API code altogether. API code of this nature is difficult for me to debug, thus the reason for the request. I'll want to issue up to 255 of these at a time, consecutively and retrieve the data with DataArrival events as they come back. Additionally I'd like the majority of the workhorse code in one VB code module with a public function command that may look something like this: Public Function GetNetBIOSInfo(WinsckArr as Integer, IPAddress as String) WinsckArr is the "mswinsck.ocx" control array index to receive the info. On the DataArrival event, I need to be able to parse the data that comes back so I can display it or otherwise parse it anyway I want. Because of the complexity of this project, the coder should speak fluent english. I'm not sure the mswinsck.ocx can handle this so please look at the attached source code and bid accordingly. Code should be in Visual Basic 6. Please complete project within 3 days of acceptance. Thank you.
