Description:
We need some to take the attached project and enhance the user interface on the project's form2.
Basically, we need to beatify this interface and make it more user friendly.
All code present in the form must be retained and unaltered as this form is part of a much larger project.
It will be a plus to make the form (including the controls and their properties) resizable to a full PC screen.
Colours will be nice too!
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

This really is cakewalk and will be good for another rating. But i would request you to make a quick decision so that sufficient time is left for me to finish off the work. Timely delivery and more than satisfactory work are my virtues.
