Description:
I am creating a software that tracks and blocks Web, mail, IRC, etc. access to set of sites or applications. We need an easy to use ActiveX, class or dll to plug into those applications that allows me to instantly find out what site request is being made and optionally prevent it. The response data must also be available for review in case we wish to prevent some of the response content from being returned.
The application have to monitor all TCP/Ip packets in the Pc where is runing. Too need that the code read the trafic of one or several open ports. By ejem. If the port 25 is open i will can filter all the emails messages to save it in a file or not, and let to the user recive emails. The same if is the port 80 for web pages, or other ports.
The packets need to be put into a log file and fire events alerts (i.e. the application alerts if an especially event occurs, through a mail and/or message box on the computer that run the software).. The log file needs to keep each packet separate, and if possible specify which application the packet was sent to/from. Too the application have to block specific protocols or Packets before or after filter it.
Ability to automatically blocks ad servers, block popups, email, irc, etc
All web traffic. All requests and all pages sent back to the users should be recorded - that means the whole HTML of the web page! i.e While the application filtering the port 80, the function read that the web page have bad words (sex, violence, etc) and in this moment i block the page and i show a new web page to the user with a messaje of not allowed to visit the page. If the page have not bad words the function dont block the trafic and the user can see the page without problems.
All email traffic. i.e. i have a email adress list and i want to block the port, 25 or 110, if the email recipient is not in the email list
Everything else - all other protocols passing through the network. Block all the trafic of one or several port always. i.e. Edonkey ports are always blocked
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
