Description:
Outline: A web page that submits a phrase to multiple translation sites. The translated phrases are resubmitted and reverse translated back to the source language. All the results are displayed in a table on a web page. There is a "dummy" webpage at http://uk.geocities.com/kevspage2001/ that shows the sort of layout I am looking for.

The words in the translated phrases should be individually hyperlinked for instant lookup in a translation dictionary e.g. http://www.wordreference.com/es/translation.asp?tranword= . This is illustrated in the example web page. (The undelined links are "live")

The default setting is to lookup all the translation engines but the user should be able choose which ones by use of tick boxes.

The translation of the phrase in the input text box is started by selecting one of two "direction" buttons.

Translation Web Sites:-
Systran: http://www.systransoft.com/
Intertran: http://www.tranexp.com:2000/Translate/result.shtml
Prompt : http://translation2.paralink.com/
Freetran: http://www.freetranslation.com/

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form for the specified platform/s as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Thorough documentation and commenting of the source code.

3) Installation package or complete instructions to upload the software (in ready-to-run condition) to a website.

4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
Compatible with Internet Explorer 5.0+ (Netscape compatible nice to have but not essential)
Source code readable and editable on a PC running Windows XP or Windows 98.
Please suggest additional software suitable for editing, test running and debugging of the source script for future modifications(and where it can be obtained.)

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 16, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

I think this project is not very easy. May be I don't understand something but how you want to display the results of translation at the table on the same page that will submit phrase?
I think project must include following:
1) Simple HTML page, input.htm
2) ASP page Send.asp
3) ActiveX GetTrans.dll that can be written on VB.
This ActiveX will have object Trans with method GetData to receive the translated phrase and it will have parameter Name - it's name of translation site, i.e in ASP we can write:
Set TransObj=Server.CreateObject('GetTrans.Trans')
TransPhrase=TransObj.GetData('SysTrans')
This code should return translated phrase from SysTrans site.

Input.htm will submit phrase to Send.asp.
Send.asp will use function Trans.GetData(Name) from GetTrans.dll that will return translated phrase and Send.asp will display it.
This function will receive HTML document that have been loaded (using may be Inet control in VB), ananalyze the received code to take the translated phrase from TextArea.
