Description:
We are entering the business of developing low cost websites for small businesses. The websites will be hosted on dedicated servers with Linux operating system and MySQL databases. The websites themselves will be very simple with some database functionality (and all the websites will be almost identical with respect to the database functionalities provided), but it could run into 100's of websited hosted.
We need general web administrator support on a part time basis. We do not know the quantum of work. It could be 0-10 hours per week. the work is expected to grow gradually over the next few months.
You should quote on fixed cost basis per month.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Linux, MySQL
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 30, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi Iggy:
I have thought about your WebAdmin project and I am sure that from my different background and experience, I can add some features to your current needs that will make it a better job for us both. RAC cuts 17.70 USD.
We will launch one Project Management system to track the work and the task assigned to my people. So the work will take a good shape in future.
A couple of things that work for me are free, ongoing technical support and a promise of daily communication via email. Waiting for your reply.
