Description:
I need a site that functions like TemplateMonster.com.
The site needs to be developed using ASP (VBScript).
The site needs to allow web designers to sign up so that they can sell web templates that they have created to the general public. The site also needs to allow affiliates to sign up so that they can refer users to the site to purchase web templates. The site needs to allow the general public to search for templates by keywords, description, web designer, template ID, category or price. All web template sales need to be made via PayPal and delivered instantly via the PayPal IPN.

I have just started posting bid requests over the past two weeks and have posted over a dozen and accepted over half of them. I am serious about my projects. I will not accept a canned bid. If you are interested in the job, I want to know why I should choose you for this job. Have you done one similar? Give me examples (URLS) of your work.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in ASP (VBScript) complete source code of all work done including any ActiveX DLL Server Components compiled as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Zipped package that will unzip the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Fully commented code.
