I need a cash register / point of sale inventory control application.

Please download the demo on their home page before bidding on this application. This is a very simple cash register application. This job will result in future work for the coder as my client is currently using this software, but wants additional features added to it.

This application must be developed in VB 6.0 with an Access database.

If you have already developed an application that is similar, I would be interested in seeing what features it has. My client may be willing to pay for it and then begin contracting you out for modifications.

I need the bidding coder to be able to code in ASP (VBScript) as I will make a future offer to the bidder that I accept to create an online shopping cart to interface with this. The online shopping cart is not a part of this bid though.

I have just started posting bid requests over the past two weeks and have posted over a dozen and accepted over half of them. I am serious about my projects. I will not accept a canned bid. If you are interested in the job, I want to know why I should choose you for this job. Have you done one similar? Give me examples (URLS) of your work.

This application cannot use any third party projects.

It is very important that the cosmetics be very attractive and professional and equal that of the above mentioned application or be better. I can provide an interface template if needed.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Zipped package that will unzip the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

4) Fully commented code.
