Description:
I would like a routine which will take a single color, and return an array of 12 colors, where each of the colors is generated from the base color (which must be included in the array as the first color) to create a color wheel of harmonious colors.
For example, see the image at the URL below. This image used RGB(128, 0, 0) as the base color.

And another example, using RGB(255,204,0) as the base, which produces a different wheel.
http://www.cyotek.com/images/temp/wheel2.gif
In both examples, you will note the actual colors on the wheel don't change, but the saturation / luminance does.
I don't need any code for actually drawing the wheel, just the algorithm for generating the color values, plus a visual demonstration.
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Demonstration program which will accept the input of a base color and then display (graphically using shapes etc) the returned colors.
3) Code must be clearly documented, along with information on the algorithm being used.
4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Any variant of Windows 95 and higher.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
