File Security/Locking Software.

Description:
I want a clone of the software "Hide Files" downloadable at www.spydex.com/hidefiles.html If you can't download it, then I have attached the demo version with this bid request, see the attachment. Hide Files works flawlessly on all Windows platforms (including all 9x and NT version) and on all types of disk drives like FAT, FAT32, NTFS etc.
Please note that I've seen all the codes at the planetsourcecode, none of them is worth copying, because they are using simple ways to lock files i.e by making the folder a system folder or by moving it to recycled folder etc., but this software locks files using some good method. I want to have the same method implemented in my code. I don't know if it uses kernel.dll to do its stuff or what, you have to figure it out yourself.
Also let me know what kind of technology are they using to lock the files. Please note that this software should be made purely in Visual Basic 6.0 and do not use any other langauge. All I want a professionally designed code with very good GUI, just like "Lock Files". Also note that it should be fully functional on all windows platforms i.e Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP without any error or limitations and on all disk drives as mentioned above.
Also note that it seems like the program demo attached is encrypted by one of the .exe packers called UPX which you can decompile and unpack it with a software at upx.sf.net I thought that i should tell u this because if you want to check what api calls this software is calling, then u can know it.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Help files/documentation etc.
