This file is a monthly ouput file with the month no. (1-12 listed, then the year following in the same column. 3.Need to pull out only the values from the Water Yield field. 4.Need to produce new excel ouput file called flow.xls. This file needs a field labeled "Date for the mmm-yyyy and a field labeled "Flow" for the WATER YIELD data which should be formatted to 4 decimal places. 5.Need progress bar and notice that the file was created successfully or error that it was not. 6.Need close button The ouput.std file will be made available to winning bidder. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
