Description:
This is not a complicated program if you know what you're doing with regard toMP3 to flash conversion.
I want a Windows based program I can use to convert mp3 files to swf files and have it:
1. automatically convert them - it's okay to do them one at a time. Don't need batch conversion, though that would be nice.
2. Create the html
3. let me specify the output folder
4. automatically create the playback controls
5. automatically create fast forward and rewind points at 5% intervals - or 10 second intervals - or whatever interval I want to specify
6. create very streamlined swf files with no excess file size
7. Let me specify whether the file starts playing automatically on opening or whther they have to hit the play button
8. The controls and an intial part of the MP3 or swf file load VERY quickly so people on dial-up connections won't have jerky sound and can get to playing the sound as fas as possible
Basically I've been using www.soundnails.com, but the playback controls suck. I like the functionality of the program (basic) but it's clunky.
What I want is to create an MP3 file and then have a little program you create output a swf (flash) file that has the functionality (FF, RW, Start, Stop, Pause) that I see on this page

I know I could go in and do this in Swish or Flash - which I have done in the past - but I just want the functionality with a wizard type program like SoundNails with improved output and an easier to use interface for the user listening on the website.
Do not want this done in java - prefer to have it done in viual basic but am open
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
