The XML file is for the definition of a file. This XML file can be manipulated using .NET datasets and only needs to be stored on the local hard drive. (no complex database work here). I am looking for someone with good user interface design and implementation skills. The project definition in the zip was created according to this schema. The only point of complexity (and even this is not that hard) is that I want to be able to embed the visio files that are created in the XML as base 64 data and trigger the running of visio from the tool. If you want to win this project, I would suggest you follow the bidding guidelines that are in the zip file. In the zip is: index.html - index file to project description. please review fully.
