Description:
Baseball Assignment to be modified only: 1. The capability to accept file name arguments at the command line using argc and argv[]. When the user invokes the program, he/she may optionally specify 1: an infile and an outfile name, 2: only an outfile name, 3: no name at all. If an infile is specified, the program shall read from that file data for input and then place the user at the main menu selection. If no outfile is specified, the data shall be output to a default file of data.out. NOTE: the file you output should be able to be used as input the next time you start the program.
2. Expand the array of pointers to player nodes to provide for 28 pointers. Each index in the array shall point to a linked list. When a player is entered, the node shall be attached to the index where other players of his team have already been attached. If no node contains a player with the team, a pointer to the player shall be inserted into an empty index. The link lists be singly linked and use an insertion sort placing the players in order according to their batting average in ascending order. See back page for conceptual view of the data hierarchy.
3. Provide for report generation. The user shall be able to select the team and output the statistics for that team to either a file, screen, or printer. Additionally, the user shall be able to print a complete report showing all the teams and player associated with each. 4. Provide a sort routine, using qsort() that will sort the array of pointers by the team name. Using argc, *argv[], FILE *, fopen(), fclose(), fwrite(), fread(), Qsort(array, numb of elem, sizeof(array), sort param)
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

I can do it; being new to rentacoder I am submitting minimal bids to get positive feedback. So I am not out to rip you off. But act now before I start acting too important and bidding max :))) |
