Need a developer who can design professional looking sites and design some related graphic, logo and banner. (some small animated banners). So you do need some art design experience. Please list some of the sample sites you've designed, So I can get some idea of your styles. I plan to develop two sites using identical system. The only difference is their contents, so I do need two sets of design.
