Description:
Developer required to create HTML protection software in code. You may have seen these scattered throughout the Internet (The code is widely available).
We also wish to add the features found in the HTMLProtector package at http://www.antssoft.com/htmlprotector/index.htm - read the features, this is what we wish to support.
The application will need to be in a graphical wizard format, plus allow the user to select all of the options listed on the above site.
Looking forward to reviewing bids.
No "copy and paste", please - serious, professional bidders only.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Windows ME/95/98/XP/NT/.NET Server
.NET Framework should *not* be required
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I have looked over HTML Protector and I'm willing to make a clone of such a program.
I will be coding it in Visual Basic 6, since that will allow me to create it as easily and as flexibly as possible.
I have created many projects of this scale in my past, just check out my past rankings to see. You can also tell that my code will be of a high quality and that I won't be happy with the program until you are 100% happy.
Two questions, firstly you asked for the program to be in a 'graphical wizard format', does this imply a Step by Step wizard? For example Screen 1 would be 'Select Files', hitting Next takes you to Screen 2 'Where to save files', etc.
Or would you prefer it worked as a tabbed application like HTML Protector?
Secondly do you require a registration/trial key featured added to the program? If so I will have to add $50 to my bid, making $375.
I presume you want an installer created, that will come free with my program.
