Description:
All i need is an interface for the web, nothing special. Please nothing too fancy.
The site should contain -
- moving images - sound - still images/ it should have atleast one working button.
Create a proposal on a word document
- indicating the intenet of the interface
- title of te project
- synopsis - what interfae is for
- client/target audience
-budget
- production schedule
Now this is qa quick 1, 2, 3 piece. Please do not do anything fancy once again.
Deliverables:
Complete ownership of all the rights.
Please email it personally to my email, with all flash formats.
Again, nothing too fancy.
For i do not have much money to spend. I"m a student. Thank you!
Platform:
Flash mx, or flash 6. Either one is ok to make this project on.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I'd be glad to help with this. I'm not concerned with money myself, since right now I'm just looking for some experience and feedback on this site.
I can finish this for you in a matter of hours, if you accept my bid. I will be checking back often. I have a smooth, simple style to my flash designs, so it won't be too flashy.
I am assuming this is an assignment for a class or something, and the proposal is part of that assignment. I am an excellent writer and would be able to create a professional looking proposal document for you, as well. Also, I can help teach you how the flash file works or anything else you need help with, for free.
I may need a couple more details from you just to get an idea of what the assignment is for, but we can discuss that if you choose me.
