Description:
I need someone to allow me to host my own web site at home. I have a WIN 2000 Pro computer. Also, on another machine I will be using WIN 98 SE. I will be directing over a couple of hundred domain names to this server. I need to be able to redirect several web sites to this machine. I have a cable connection with dynamic ip addresses. We can use one of the following services such as http://www.no-ip.com/
I will most likely be redirecting users to another site anyway. For example, if someone types xyz.com they will be redirected to http://www.amazon.com/customers or something like that.
I think it is best if I can use an http://www.apache.org/ since it is free. I will also be hosting some images on this server
Successful bid will include access to PC Anywhere, or MS Netmeeting software so you can log in my computer to install necessary files and such. My main factor here is cost. I need to use anything that is free or either next to free.
Please tell me exactly how you plan on doing this with specific servers and programs that you plan on using.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I have set up an entire hosting package on my own Home Win 2k Pro servers (Apache, MySQL, PHP, CGI), All of which are free software.
The only cost with hosting my sites has got, is the Domain Name and DNS provider [But there are some free DNS Providers which i have since found: IE: http://MyDomain.com].
I can install & setup the entire package for you within a few hours, and also inform you how to Edit the HTTPD.conf file so you can change the setup of your server at a later date, if you wish to.
However: Apache is not intended for 'PRODUCTION' use on Windows 98 [Or any other Pre NT 4.0 Windows Platform], it will work, but it isnt considered 'safe' due to some security issues with the OS.
