I want created a very stable, basic, wysiwyg html editor that works with all versions of windows 95/98+ *** The best example of what I want is the old FREE version of Microsoft FrontPage Express that came with Windows 95/98. I want something very similar to that only with some tweaked functionality! http://sssd.k12.ar.us/departments/dts/training/fp.htm It let you copy and paste from Word and carried over text formatting (bold, ital, underline, bullets, indent, justify text left, center, right, etc.) This software should have all normal text formatting right in the program too so someone could compose right in the program. It should also let you edit the html in a separate view. Also, it should let you do tables, insert pictures, horizontal lines, create web links to text and pictures (including _blank, _self, _top, _parent options.) as well as preview in your browser. Attached is a picture of what I think the control bar should look like - but again, if you remember FrontPage Express from Windows 95/98 - that's basically what I want Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on any version of Windows 98+, XP, ME, 2000, etc. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Original deadline April 15, 2003 but buyer wrote and said an addtional 4 or 5 days would be okay.
