This means there will have to be 5 different .exe&'s (for all five levels, see 150.gif for examples of the five levels) that will display the current “Terrorist Threat” status (see zip for copies of These labels) … for ease I will just juggle them around in my logon files. Size of banner (not full screen) but maybe 300X200. Each banner (there are five) should/will be displayed with a timeout of 15 seconds (or would you recommend an “OK” button to acknowledge?) … Once the banner times out or is clicked … it will reduce to a small (same color as current level) “floating box” (By floating box, it will “float on top” of all open applications” and as a nice piece, might disappear on mouse rollover?) that will be in the top-left corner. Size, no more then will make it annoying but not in the way of normal use of open applications. Make sense? Possible?
