I need a server that can run on an NT box, and the client must run on MS 98 or higher. Administration through a webpage is preferable. File Transfer is not necessary, but if already available, throw it in. Clients should be able to make their own chat rooms, and so on, pretty much just like AIM, YAHOO, ICQ, etc..etc. I'd like it so that you can click on an icon, and the side of the IM expands to list the current poll, whatever it may be. Future enhancements will go to the winner of the contract first if possible/reasonable.
