The current XP_SMTP_SendMail has a limitation of the number of characters in the body of an email. There is a work around where you attatch a text file as the body but this involves BCP/OSQL/DTP and we wish to avoid interacting with extenal file systems (security and speed). The intent of the stored procedure is to send large HTML table pages generated from SQL (reports) with a character length greater than 8000 or greater than 64000 characters. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
