Description:
I need a cartoon character of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany (Bundeskanzler). See attached pictures to see how he looks like.
I would prefer a FLA (Flash) file with separated Head, Body and Limbs all separated because I want to anmiate him. I will also need several hand gestures and mouth positions.
If not possible to deliver it as Flash, I will also accept a layered PSD file, but flash will be preferred.
Please add sketches or examples of existing caricatures/cartoons that resemble existing persons or send me a mockup so that I can see if the quality will be sufficient.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
