Description:
A program you can look at, for possible options that I am looking for can be found at (but I don't need all of these options):

You can download the demo and see what I'm looking for.
However, I can not use this program, due to constant crashing as well as other problems with the software.

Would like the program to be programmed in VB6.
Use API where-ever, when-ever possible.
Do not wish to use the registry if possible. Would prefer an alternate scheme.

Comments/Suggestions welcomed!
