THis system will display schools, businesses and events that are being closed, delayed etc... This system will have 2 security levels. One is for the main admin and the other would be for the organization. Only the administrator will be able to add organizations and their passwords. However, the organization can log in and change the status. Status only stays for 24 hours. The administrator will preload the organizations and give them passwords. The organization or the Admin can change the status. The administrator must be able to see all of the organizations in the database and be able to change status with a click of a drop down box that is preloaded with status. Ie. Closed, Cancled, Delayed 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours. The organization when they log in will only be able to see their info to change. The main screen will show only those organizations that have changed their status in the last 24 hours.(Not all in database) Sorted by town. For example TOWN Organization STATUS NOTES Binghamton - Ross Corners Acadamy - CLOSED Staff is to Report Caton - Little Daycare center - DELAYED 1 Hour Dansville - Dansville Central School - Canceled etc... After 24 hours (or at Midnight) the status goes back to open, but it will not show on the main page.
