Description:
Creation of a searchable DB with a web interface and admin screens. The customer will be able to search the DB by such functionalites as: keywords,category & subcategory, Doc ID and file type.
The client will be able to upload documents into the DB as well as creating new categories and subcategories.
This is a pretty straight forward project and should be fairly easy if you know what you are doing :-)
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

100 uploads per month is not very big load. We think MySQL is
suitable for this targets. MySQL work with win-platforms and it
is very cheap to maintain MySQL, because there are a lot of
specialists who familiar with this database. But if load will be
more high we recommend to use PostgreSQL. Actually we can discuss
what database is suitable for you.
Your project is really easy because very little business
logic. PHP is good for this project. We offer to implement this

column in database;

authors can be changed by admin for marketing targets, it
feature will usable if your site is commercial;

customers can leave testimonials for every publications, client can
leave only testimonials which they like;
