Logo must be clean, easy to read, and professional looking. I'm open to suggestions, however, strongly prefer colors medium orange (#FE7D05) and medium blue (#0066CC) on white. Looking for 2 or 3 optional designs for logo and name only. Also, require a separate graphic to include slogan along with logo and name. Slogan is “Your Online City Office…” Name may be presented as “webcityhall.com”, “WebCityHall.com” or “Web City Hall”. Requirements: 1) All design files should be in GIF 2) Logo, name and slogan graphic should NOT use over 4000 bytes 3) Logo, name and slogan graphic should be 479 pixels (w) X 75 pixels (h) 4) All graphic file to include registered trademark sign Strongly prefer samples of your work or suggested designs. Deliverables: 1) Complete fully-functional graphic files in executable form. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
